    DroneHub GAE has started a pilot concerning the recording of images of the megalithic tombs, called hunebedden, by means of drones. On the website ditisdrenthe.nl, the hunebedden in Loon, Drouwen and Borger can be viewed from different angles. It is currently explored whether it is possible to view all hunebedden of Drenthe in virtual reality.

    In collaboration with the Dutch Air Traffic Control Agency (LVNL) and Groningen Airport Eelde (GAE), DroneHub GAE explores how drones may be fully integrated with regular air traffic. The aim is to make drones visible on the radar. Groningen Airport Eelde has the perfect airspace to tackle this.
